Kevin appeared to have a genuine desire to make all those he interacted with better people. During my many years of working with Kevin ensuring children and families in the Commonwealth safe,more prosperous lives through all his work. While at the PA Department of Human Services, Office or Children, Youth and Families Kevin used his wit, intellect and high energy level to elevate services to Pennsylvania's citizens and all professionals in the Child Welfare field. His impact on my life will never be forgotten. He will be missed by all. I thank God for being Blessed with the opportunity to have been part of a wonderful journey.
